Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information kevinsingh.me collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Kevin Singh, proprietor of Viral Inbound (GSTIN 27DLAPS2779N1ZA) (“I”, “me”). If anything here is unclear, write to hello@kevinsingh.com.

What I collect

• When you buy something: your name, email address, billing address, phone number (if you give it) and what you bought.
• When you book a consult: your name, email, the topic you describe, your order number and the time you choose.
• When you comment or subscribe: your name, email and the comment or subscription itself.
• When you browse: basic technical data such as your browser, device, approximate location (country) and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.

I do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled directly by Razorpay.

Why I use it

• To process your order, deliver downloads and send receipts.
• To schedule and run your consult.
• To show prices in the right currency for your country.
• To answer your messages and provide support.
• To send newsletters, only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Services that handle your data for me

• WordPress.com / Automattic: hosts this website, the shop and its statistics.
• Razorpay: processes payments.
• Cal.com: shows my calendar and takes consult bookings.
• Google (Calendar and Meet): holds consult invitations and runs the video call.
• Email providers: deliver order and booking emails.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. I share only what they need to do their job, and I never sell your personal information.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your country for pricing, keep you signed in, and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the shop may not work properly without them.

How long I keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose above, then deleted.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records I must keep by law). You can also withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. Write to hello@kevinsingh.com and I will reply within 30 days.
